Gale and Peacekeepers!

It makes sense how the Peacekeepers uniforms changed. For starters, the costume department got a bigger budget. Second, these uniforms are more intimidating and Panem's shifted into zero-tolerance mode because of Katniss and Peeta. Third, the audience needs to be desensitized now that these guys are probably gonna get slaughtered in Mockingjay.
